Exposition Rates and Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in attending 2011 Providence Cyclo-cross Festival at Roger Williams Park, presented by Interbike.
Our Expo area opens at 9:00am on Friday and ends at 4:00pm on Sunday.
Pricing for tents:
10 x 10 $600
10 x 20 $900
10 x 30 $1000 (bargain price!!)
This year, we will be showing over 10 handbuilt bicycle companies showing their
works of art under one tent!!
Along with the great vendors we have, we will be joined by Veloswap!

The Expo begins at 9am, so load in on Friday can begin as early as 7:00am. All load ins need to be complete by 12noon where the course will be open for riders to warm up/practice and a WBRU event.
Load in on Sat & Sun - load in begins at 5:30am and ends at 7:00am, where racers are on the course warming up.
There is a concert at the Temple to Music on Saturday at approximately 5:00pm.
Load out on Sunday begins at 4:00pm and ends at 7:00pm.
